π― December Challenge: Reflect & Reset
This month, we’re focusing on reflection and goal setting to cap off a fantastic year and prepare for 2025.
1. Reflect on 2024: Write down a challenge you overcame in your fitness journey this year. Think about moments where you pushed past limits or achieved something you didn’t think was possible.
2. Set New Goals for 2025: What’s next? Set one short-term and one long-term goal for the new year. It could be a skill you want to master, a PR you’re chasing, or a lifestyle habit you’d like to build.
How to Participate:
• Share your reflections and goals on the CrossFit 863 Members Facebook page
• Bonus: Post your goals on Instagram, tag @CrossFit863, and inspire the community!

π₯Coach’s Tip of the Week
Coach’s Corner: Tips for Staying on Track Over the Holidays
1. Prioritize Movement: Even a quick bodyweight workout at home can keep you feeling strong.
2. Stay Hydrated: All those holiday treats and drinks can leave you feeling sluggish. Keep water close!
3. Remember Your Why: Set aside time to reflect on the progress you’ve made this year.
